De Montfort University
University Challenge
Students at De Montfort University in Leicester can now benefit from a brand new platform lift following a recent project there.
An A5000 Platform lift was installed in the library within the new Faculty of Business and Law, allowing access between the 1st floor and a mezzanine level - a total distance of 3.7 metres.
The lift has a glazed shaft on three sides and took four days to install.
The state-of-the-art Business and Law Faculty was a major £35 million project for the University and everyone at Axess 4 All is delighted to have been able to contribute towards the students and their studies in this new facility.
