Trade Sales
Since Axess 4 All was purchase by the Cibes Lift Group in 2005 we have been providing our units to trade suppliers across the UK. Over that time we have built up an understanding that support and trust are the key issues which need to be in place to make this trade relationship work.
Support can be provided in many forms from helping to create a suitable specification and offer to the end client, through to providing simple but clear builders work drawings which detail all of the site requirements for the installation.
We can also offer site support in the form of an initial site meeting, and later in the process a pre-installation site visit before the unit is delivered to ensure a quick and painless installation for both parties. Being part of the manufacturing group also means we can offer our trade clients the best possible delivery dates available on our range of products.
To help build trust and understanding, as both parties are working in the same markets we can provide Cibes branded literature which can be used as part of an offer to the end client. We have also deliberately separated our direct sales and trade sales to ensure there is not a crossover, which means our trade customers can be confident of the security of their end customers information.
